THE MEDICARE LADY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, KIND AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE ASKED FOR MY INFORMATION, SO SHE COULD COMPARE WITH OTHER PLANS. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. SHE HAD EVERYTHING SET UP. I COULD SEE EVERYTHING AS SHE EXPLAINED EACH PLAN WITH ME. I WAS ALSO ABLE TO RUN COPIES SO I COULD CHOOSE MYSELF. SHE WOULD ALWAYS CHECK BACK TO SEE IF I UNDERSTOOD OR HAD QUESTIONS. AFTER GOING OVER EVERYTHING. I REACHED OUT TO HER. I TOLD HER I HAD MADE MY DECISION. SHE STILL MADE SURE IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS, SHE WAS AVAILABLE TO HELP. SHE IS A PROFESSIONAL AT WHAT SHE DOES AND CARE ABOUT SENIORS. I REALLY THANK HER FOR THAT. VERY COMPASSIONATE!!!! NEXT YEAR, I PRAY SHE IS STILL AVAILABLE TO HELP US SENIORS!!!! I originally met Ashley at a Medicare workshop at my church. She was very knowledgeable in the field. I decided to sign up with her to contact me to discuss my options.
She went over the plan I was in at the time and discussed that it was a good plan to remain in. I then started looking at other plans and came across one that I wanted her to take a look at. It was basically the same, but had some slightly different benefits. Ashley looked it over, compared and agreed that the plan was good for what I was needing.
